Traditional moon ritual in ancient Shrine

Actors are performing a traditional Japanese warrior dance in the moon ritual of Sumiyoshi Taisha. Every mid-autumn, the festival is held with a traditional moon ritual in the Sumiyoshi Taisha, on which actors and actresses wear traditional costumes, read ancient poems, sing ancient songs and play ancient instruments to praise the moon and pray for protection.
