CLEAN: Manchester City has apologized to Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson after City striker Carlos Tevez held up a poster taunting Ferguson during the club's English Premier League trophy parade. The poster read "RIP Fergie". Tevez left United in 2009 after being unhappy at his lack of playing time.
