Massachusetts Congresswoman Niki Tsongas questions Defense Secretary Jim Mattis at a House Armed Services Committee hearing over goals for any military action taken by the Trump administration in Syria, Mattis answering a potential decision by the Commander-in-Chief could come after a number of the attacks but he could not say there was evidence despite lots of media and social media indicators of either chlorine or serin and if a military action were chosen, it would be reported to Congress as had occurred a year earlier.
