Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky tells reporters at a weekly briefing after changing strategy with legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act that is been become clear that there are not 50 Republicans in support of the initial approach and so consequently sometime in the near future it will be essentially the same vote on a two-year delay to replace the health care law as was held on a bill vetoed by President Obama in December 2015. Texas Senator John Cornyn says there to visit a preview of what the future of the Affordable Care Act might look like as billions of dollars to bail out insurance companies, that the structure of Obamacare is a failed experiment which is why Republicans want to change the system in stabilizing insurance markets.
