Canal Water Tests in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

The university is conducting tests to determine how effective disinfectants are at two new water treatment centers in the Mexican border city. The aguas negras is used for irrigation so there is a concern that bacteria found in the water could be harmful for both sides of the border if it is not properly treated.
