U.S. Navy Ships in New York Harbor for July 4th

372138 02: The aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy passes under the Verrazano Narrows Suspension Bridge July 2, 2000 between Staten Island and Brooklyn, New York as the ship navigates up the Hudson River into New York City. The warship is in New York to participate in International Naval Review 2000, a congressionally mandated observance of the millennial year and recognition of the U.S.'s 224th birthday.
