Vigil For Killed Dorchester Teen

BOSTON, MA - APRIL 16: A vigil was held on Topliff Street in Dorchester at the scene where a teenage girl was murdered. A Dorchester man was arrested on a murder charge Wednesday night for the fatal shooting of a teenage girl earlier in the day, Boston police said. Anthony Kelley, 18, is also charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition, police said in a statement posted to its website.
